Usually, those visiting the Senate enter via the plaza at Leuvenseweg 7.

Featuring in the middle of the park is the Fount of the Kneeling by the symbolist sculptor George Minne (1871-1968). The artist donated this work to the Parliament in 1936.

There are two bronze copies of this work in Belgium. The other one is in Ghent.
